Principal, Strategy Officer

Keith Ryan is a financial advisor who specializes in wealth preservation, estate planning, and retirement planning. For nearly 40 years, his clients have relied on his financial expertise, steadfast nature, and pragmatic approach to help safeguard and grow their life savings.

As Principal and Strategy Officer of Anlon Financial Strategies, Keith has a passion for educating and helping his clients reach their personal and business goals through careful and strategic planning. “It’s crucial to understand the risks in the market and to help clients avoid making sudden changes due to volatility,” he said.

While growing up in New York, Keith had envisioned that he would take over his father’s business, a clinical laboratory on Long Island, so he studied finance and business at college. But when his father, a pathologist, sold the lab to a Swiss company in 1982, it was time for Keith to pursue what  would ultimately become his passion: financial planning and portfolio management.

Keith landed at Merrill Lynch and worked his way up to a vice president position before moving to UBS, where he spent 34 years. In 2021, Keith founded Anlon Financial Strategies in order to provide a better experience for his clients.

In addition to helping his clients achieve their financial goals, Keith’s other passion is dogs of all kinds. While he has only one dog at home, he is his neighborhood’s dog whisperer, so to speak, and enjoys helping his neighbors take care of theirs.

Keith and his wife, Anna, have two sons, both of whom studied law. His older son is an infrastructure lawyer while his younger son will be taking his bar exam this year. When his sons were young, Keith was active in sports, including coaching lacrosse, soccer, and football. He was also a member and sponsor of the Police Athletic League.
